Many people are intimidated by yoga out of fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the practice itself will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body.
DEDICATED INSTRUCTORS
Our instructors at the Steel Shop in St. Charles offer a wide range of movements, so you can opt in or out depending on your comfort level. Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class. Physical adjustments are given to help deepen each student’s practice. If you do not want physical adjustments, please inform the instructor.
