Yoga Lunch is a mixed-level Vinyasa yoga class with special modifications given to address climber- and athlete-specific stretches and movements (forearms, shoulders, core, etc). Expect to work with alignment details, creative transitions, and a full-spectrum of postures while exploring form within the poses and breath.

Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.

In this 60-minute class, we’ll explore basic yoga poses (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) to help you build strength, stability, and focus. Starting with a grounding meditation, advancing to a range of kneeling and standing poses before unwinding in low-light guided Savasana (closing meditation). Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, you'll be guided with options for all levels.
