Many people are intimidated by yoga out of fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the practice itself will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body. Our instructors at the Steel Shop in St. Charles offer a wide range of movements, so you can opt in or out depending on your comfort level. Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class.
