Do I need to have chaperones?
Yes. One active adult chaperone is required for every 5 climbers.
Can I bring extra guests on the day of the event?
Space is limited, so please adhere to your pre-determined guest counts.
Can I reserve a time slot without paying?
No. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but you can move your event to a new date. This is subject to a $50 fee.
What should I wear?
Athletic shoes are required. We also suggest wearing clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in.
