Sign your student up for Study Hall! Attend online classes and complete coursework in a fun, supportive environment.

Our Study Hall sessions engage students with a combination of supervised virtual learning time and fun activities. The Learning Lab – our dedicated classroom space – encourages a focus on coursework while allowing students to connect with one another. The Steel Shop and Gravity Lab challenge students’ creative sides with climbing, yoga, games, and other activities. Throughout each Study Hall session, our counselors help students build confidence while supporting their educational efforts.

We will:

Provide private access to our Learning Lab room for virtual learning and assignments.

Provide internet access and additional help connecting students to classes.

Maintain students’ school schedules for virtual learning.

Facilitate fun activities including climbing, yoga, games, movies, and rest time.

Enforce strict COVID-19 policies and procedures.

Encourage a positive and supportive environment during these challenging times.

Conduct a weekly parent check-in to discuss participation, praise, and/or challenges.

The Details

Weekly Sessions

What should my student bring?

Please come with:

  • A lunch, snacks, and water bottle with the student’s name on it. Snacks can also be purchased in the shop.
  • Homework provided by the school.
  • Electronics for virtual learning (computer, tablet, headphones, etc.)
  • A great attitude. Each student must show respect and kindness for everyone attending.
  • Motivation to complete schoolwork and a willingness to encourage fellow students.

Policies

  • Every student must complete a health assessment form before entering the facility. This form asks about your student’s overall wellness and potential exposure to COVID-19.
  • Everyone entering the facility is required to wear a mask or face covering.
  • Individuals must keep masks on at ALL times with an exception for lunch or a snack.
  • Food, drinks, or snacks may not be shared at any time.
  • Proper social distancing is required at a minimum of six feet from other individuals.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the facility. All individuals must use sanitizer upon entering the facility. Individuals must also wash or sanitize their hands throughout the day and avoid touching their face in order to further limit the risk of transmission via high-touch surfaces.
  • If a student becomes sick during a session, the student will be isolated, and parents will be notified immediately for pick up.
  • If a student cannot attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
  • You may only reschedule a full week session but not individual days of a session. If your student must miss a session for reasons outside of your control, Climb So iLL can offer a pro-rated credit towards other services such as a membership, 10 Visit Passes, or a group booking.

Zero Tolerance

Climb So iLL has a zero-tolerance policy for several situations. The following situations will result in an immediate phone call to notify parents to pick up their student:

  • Aggressive or bullying behavior.
  • Disregard for COVID-19 polices.
  • Complete unwillingness complete schoolwork or follow a counselor’s requests.
  • Not following the Climb So iLL rules outlined on our website.

Each of the above situations are evaluated on a case by case basis. Climb So iLL reserves the right to remove any student from a session for a disciplinary issue.
